Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operations and reservations.
Arrange reservations and collect the payments
Prepare quotations, agreements, and invoices.
Co-ordination with other internal/external parties
Perform ad hoc task as assigned
Requirements
Form 5 or above
1-2 years’ relevant experience in hotline/ call centre/ customer service field
Effective interpersonal skill in customer relationship with good telephone manner
Communication skills in English/Putonghua is preferred
Knowledge in MS Office Applications include Chinese word processing
Knowledge in Travel/Airline/Hotel Business will be an advantage
5 days work (Requires to work on Sat)
Immediately available is highly preferred
