Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operation of sports counter and shop
  • Provide and oversee rental service to facility users
  • Assist with any enquiries that users may have
  • Enforce the Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations of facility
  • Regularly Patrol facilities
  • Be a sport ambassador of the Sports Centre
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • 1-3 years in experience in customer service, events management and/or club operation
  • Experience in stock control and sales would be beneficial
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports
  • Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Required to work on shift, including holidays
