Responsibilities:

• Assess existing HR policies and procedures to embody HR values while offering strategic guidance and planning to the organization
• Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate, craft and execute HR strategies aligning with the organization's mission and long-term strategic goals
• Supervise a broad spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to workforce planning, recruitment, C&B, performance management, L&D and staff engagement
• Develop and revise HR policies and procedures to uphold best practices and ensure compliance with legal standards
• Offer expert advice and assistance to Senior Management and the Board regarding comprehensive HR planning, strategies and execution
• Create and implement training initiatives for organizational and talent enhancement
• Manage HRIS system and lead relevant IT projects
• Prepare and present documentation for HR committee discussion

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management and or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of relevant HR experience gained from well-established and sizeable organizations i.e NGOs will be a definite advantage
• Proven experience in driving HR efficiency, change and success facilitating organizational growth
• Strong attention to details with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong user of MS Office and HR system will be an advantage
• Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese
