Reporting to the Director of Stakeholder Engagement, the Senior Manager (Stakeholder Engagement) is responsible for managing the development and execution of initiatives and projects to proactively engage key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Stakeholder Engagement to build and maintain strong and sustainable networks with various key stakeholders, including YMCA members, corporate collaborators, service recipients, community partners, donors, volunteers, and government;
Plan and implement stakeholder engagement activities, events, fundraising campaigns and community outreach initiatives to convey YMCA's vision and mission;
Manage the liaison with both internal and external stakeholders in service development;
Cultivate and manage relationships with members and volunteers through developing loyalty programs and personalised retention initiatives;
Identify and establish partnership, sponsorship and fundraising opportunities to further YMCA’s social commitment;
Use data analytics to examine stakeholders’ preferences, behaviour, needs and feedbacks, and evaluate engagement efforts;
Monitor communication materials and develop strategies to strengthen our brand and to enhance brand awareness so as to create community impact;
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in social sciences, business or related discipline;
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in corporate communications, resource development, branding, public affairs or related fields, with 8 years in managerial level;
Experience working in international NGOs a definite advantage;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to build relations with both internal and external stakeholders;
Highly proficient in using CRM software, digital communication tools and utilising social media platforms;
Strong data analytic skills and able to generate actionable insights;
Excellent project management and coordination skills;
Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines;
A self-starter able to work independently as well as a good team player;
Immediately available is highly preferred.
