Our client is a sizable Real Estate company. They are now looking for a professional to take care their commercial portfolio in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and executing asset management strategies for assigned portfolio
- Develop and implement asset plans or repositioning initiatives to maximize property value and performance
- Manage the transition and integration of newly acquired properties into the existing portfolio
- Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management
- Lead a team to supervise onsite operation teams to ensure the most effective setup, leading to operational efficiency and consistency
- Carry out asset management, capital expenditure programmes and asset performance improvements
- Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in property management/ asset maangement/ leasing
- Strong market sense with analytical thinking
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
