Managing the daily operations of the Sports Registration Centre

As an Executive – Partnership & Loyalty, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the Sports Registration Centre, ensuring smooth processes while delivering exceptional service to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing friendly and professional customer service at the front desk of the Sports Registration Centre
Handling a variety of phone and online inquiries, delivering accurate and timely information to customers
Supporting the promotion and execution of various company events and activities
Managing Sports Registration Centre daily operation and sports equipment rental services, ensuring proper procedures are followed
Addressing customer complaints and handling unexpected situations to maintain customer satisfaction
Preparing reports to support internal teams’ operations and provide actionable insights
Provide a guided tour to the visitor
Collaborating with internal teams to support loyalty initiatives and enhance customer engagement
Supporting the Senior Executive and assist in executing loyalty-related tasks
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Event Management, Customer Relationship Management, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or front desk operations, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer complaints and unexpected situations professionally and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Passion for sports with an outgoing personality would be an advantage
Languages:
Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is required
Others:
Flexible and willing to work on weekends, public holidays, or shifts as required
