Our client is a reputable real estate developer in Hong Kong with diversified commercial assets across mainly Hong Kong and overseas. They are now looking for Leasing Officer to join their dynamic team to oversee the retail portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor for planning and executing leasing strategy for assigned retail portfolio
- Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants
- Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations
- Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
- At least 1 years of relevant leasing experience on developer side
- Strong market sense with analytical thinking
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Candidates from property management or agency backgrounds are welcomed
