Our client, a leading HK property developer with large portfolio in commercial, residential and hotels in prime locations in HK and major cities on the Mainland, is looking for Head of Legal.

The position reports to the CEO and the candidate should have recognised legal qualification with at least 20 years’ post-qualification experience gained in the property development or construction sector, and with in-depth understanding of regulatory and business environment in Mainland China

S/he should also be conversant in the Chinese language.
