We, Paul Lafayet, are the leader in French Patisserie in Hong Kong and China. We are proud to provide "fresh-made, hand-made and daily-made" Patisseries and Macarons with the highest range of flavours available on market, using the finest quality ingredients.

We have many boutiques, cakes shops and cafes in Hong Kong and China. In order to meet our business development in Hong Kong and China, we have an immediate vacancy for the following this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and monitoring: schedules and budgets (festive events, catalogue updates, and corporate projects)
  • Liaising will all teams involved in the project planning: working with in-house designers on product development, sales teams (retail, e-commerce and B2B) on sales strategy and forecasts, marketing team on promotion
  • Working closely with kitchen, supply and logistics team for projects execution
  • Purchasing manufactured goods and negotiating with suppliers
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for colleagues
  • Optimising and improving processes and overall approach when necessary

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English (French would be a plus)
  • Knowledge in budgeting/cost control.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3+ years in project management (Experienced on deal with oversea vendor would be a plus)
