ASSOCIATE MANAGER (EVENT-FOCUS), CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS [Ref: AM-CC]
(Contract Period: 6 months)

Member Services Focus

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Manager to join our Corporate

Communications team. This role will focus on the planning, execution, and management of a diverse

range of member-focused events. If you are passionate about creating engaging experiences and thrive

Roles and Responsibilities

Member Services Support: Provide broad support to the Corporate Communications team in
executing member-focused initiatives, including events, communications, and other engagement
activities. This includes logistical support for CPD events, assisting with venue arrangements,
registration, and other operational requirements.


Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects related to member

services. This includes:

  • Signature Corporate Events: Support the planning and execution of key member events,

including New Members Cocktail and Annual Dinner. This includes managing budgets, catering,
entertainment, and all logistical arrangements.

  • Sports & Recreational Activities: Organize and manage a variety of sports and recreational
activities for members, such as joint professional competitions, cross-border events and other
initiatives. 

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including members,
vendors, and other partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.


Qualifications and Required Attributes

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a member-focused
organization. 

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple events simultaneously. 

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese. 

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
