Job Overview:

To support the aggressive business growth to Macau SAR, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Development Manager to develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, client engagement, and lead generation. This role requires expertise in CRM, content marketing, social media, and performance advertising to support our business growth.


Responsibilities:


1. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging potential clients and strategic partners in Macau and Hong Kong.
  • Research market trends, industry events, and competitor activities to uncover business expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements to drive long-term client relationships.

2. Client B2B CRM & Seasonal Gifting

  • Develop and manage B2B CRM communication flows, including email marketing and personalized client engagement strategies.
  • Plan and execute seasonal gifting campaigns (e.g., CNY greeting assets for email and social media, festive WhatsApp stickers for personalized sales team messages).

3. B2B Lead Management & CRM Automation

  • Implement and maintain inbound CRM automation using platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless B2B sales lead input, such as digitizing business card scans and integrating new leads into the CRM flow.

4. Event Calendar, Networking & Business Highlights

  • Maintain an up-to-date event calendar, tracking relevant industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Identify key networking opportunities and represent the company at industry events to enhance business connections.
  • Leverage event insights to support content planning for internal and external communications, including website and social media updates .

5. Content Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop and schedule engaging LinkedIn content based on business insights and company blog updates.
  • Foster relationships with industry thought leaders on LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

6. Website Event Information Management

  • Update and maintain the website daily , including event listings for Macau, ensuring an up-to-date and comprehensive event hub.

7. Corporate Presentation & Sales Support

  • Conduct the quarterly update of corporate decks, ensuring quality content that effectively showcases the company’s capabilities and business successes.
  • Support the sales team by developing customized pitch decks and marketing collateral for client presentations.

8. Performance Advertising & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Collaborate with external agencies to manage and optimize SEM campaigns, driving website traffic and lead generation.
  • Regularly analyze and optimize ad copy and assets (bi-weekly or monthly) based on market response and performance data.

9. SEO & Industry Recognition

  • Identify and apply for industry awards to enhance brand credibility.
  • Implement SEO tactics, such as link building, by securing mentions on reputable industry websites.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, CRM management, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
