We are seeking an FX Dealer to join our team located in our Hong Kong office. In this role, you will develop and execute dealing and trading strategies specifically focused on foreign exchange (FX) markets. You will collaborate with our team of researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to analyse market data, identify trading opportunities, and optimize trading performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute quantitative trading strategies in FX markets.
• Actively monitor and analyse FX markets to identify attractive trading opportunities.
• Handling client communications, working with them to resolve trading issues, pricing problems, connectivity and IT issues and resolving any other client queries
• Manage position exposures and ensure adherence to risk limits and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading performance reports and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Analyse trading performance and make adjustments for strategy optimisation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in FX trading.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in developing and executing quantitative trading strategies in FX markets.
• Strong background in finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange markets and currency pairs.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
