Manage full spectrum of HR functions covering talent acquisitions, compensation & benefits, employee relations
Manage daily HR operations and deliver high quality HR services and support to key stakeholders
Provide guidance and support to business unit managers and employees on HR-related matters
Manage administrative functions for office, including budget management, vendor management, travel arrangements, workplace management, asset management, and procurement
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum 8 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with business stakeholders at all levels
Mature, responsible, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
