Our client, one of the renowned professional firms, is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join their sizeable team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of U.S. tax regulations, extensive experience in tax compliance and consulting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver strategic tax solutions to a diverse client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, focusing on optimizing clients’ tax positions and compliance.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized tax solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Stay current on tax law changes and assess their implications for clients.
• Conduct research to support tax strategies and compliance efforts.
• Work with other departments within the firm to provide integrated services to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in US tax compliance and consulting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing/building client relationships effectively.
