Purpose of Position
CASETiFY is seeking a strategic Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our global social media strategy and team. This role will oversee global account management while establishing frameworks and guidelines for regional teams worldwide. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with deep knowledge of Western social trends to drive significant growth across our primary platforms, Instagram and TikTok.
This position requires a true social media strategist who can lead a specialized team while collaborating cross-functionally to elevate CASETiFY's social presence and drive meaningful engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating brand campaigns into compelling social narratives while maintaining consistent global standards.
Job Description
Lead global social media strategy with primary focus on Instagram and TikTok growth and engagement
Present social media performance, strategic recommendations, and growth plans to leadership team
Establish comprehensive frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for all regional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across global social media presence
Directly manage a specialized team of three: Social Media Manager (operational account management), Senior Social Media Content Creator (brand voice and content production), and Social Media Associate (community management)
Stay at the forefront of Western social media culture, trends, and platform changes to keep CASETiFY's content relevant and impactful
Develop comprehensive content calendars that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Product, and E-commerce teams to translate campaigns into effective social media executions
Analyze performance metrics and social listening insights to continuously refine strategy and approach
Set clear KPIs and growth targets for global and regional social media performance
Identify and implement innovative content formats, trends, and engagement tactics to maintain competitive advantage
Oversee the integration of influencer and user-generated content into broader social strategy
Guide regional teams on localization strategies while maintaining global brand standards
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
7-10+ years of experience in social media marketing with proven track record of growing brand accounts
Background in content strategy and creative direction preferred
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Strategic mindset with ability to balance creative vision with business objectives
Deep understanding of Western social media culture, trends, and audience behaviors
Demonstrated success managing social media for global consumer brands, preferably in fashion, beauty or lifestyle categories
Strong team leadership experience, including managing and developing social media specialists
Experience translating marketing campaigns into platform-specific social content strategies
Expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, best practices, and content optimization
Forward-thinking approach to emerging platforms and content formats
