Job Summary

As a UX Designer at CEIC, you will play a key role in improving the usability and accessibility of our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our global users. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive designs that meet the needs of our diverse client base. Since our platform is available in both English and Chinese, familiarity with bilingual UI design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of our financial industry clients.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance the platform’s usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UX best practices.
• Optimize UI components for both English and Chinese-language users.
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data analysis.
• Stay up to date with UX trends and industry standards to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within financial services or data platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with designing bilingual interfaces (English & Chinese) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
