Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities
• Assist senior sales consultants during client meetings, providing follow-up support to address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing business-related matters such as order processing and price verification.
• Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate clear communication and ensure accurate fulfillment of client requirements.
• Prepare and process quotations, orders, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to support business development efforts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
