Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking a culturally savvy Assistant Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer relationships and campaigns with a sharp focus on American cultural trends and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of global influencer marketing while staying deeply connected to the "IT" influencers, creators, and tastemakers shaping Gen Z and Millennial culture. This role will oversee VIP programs, manage capsule collections with top-tier influencers, and lead influencer participation in CASETiFY collaborations.
  • The ideal candidate will excel in high-stakes negotiations, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering impactful influencer campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive results. The candidate will lead a team of 2 and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and regional marketers to execute impactful, culturally relevant campaigns.



Job Description

Global Influencer Strategy with a Cultural Focus:

  • Lead global influencer marketing campaigns with a strong focus on American cultural trends, social media platforms, and the creator economy.
  • Collaborate with regional marketers to ensure global influencer strategies are locally relevant while maintaining cultural resonance.

VIP Relationships & Gifting Program:

  • Oversee the global VIP influencer gifting program, ensuring tailored strategies to engage high-profile influencers and drive brand affinity.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP influencers, maintaining CASETiFY's premium brand image.

Capsule Collections with Top-Tier Influencers:

  • Strategically manage capsule collections with top-tier influencers, including leading contract negotiations for high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to execute influencer-led collections that align with brand goals.

CASETiFY Co-Labs Influencer Management:

  • Manage influencers participating in CASETiFY collaborations, focusing on creative, stylistic content that enhances brand awareness.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of influencer involvement in Co-Labs campaigns across global markets.

Global Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead a team of 2, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Act as the global lead for influencer initiatives, working closely with regional marketers to tailor strategies for local markets.

Campaign Reporting & Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize influencer partnerships and content performance globally.
  • Report on key metrics such as engagement, ROI, and cultural impact to stakeholders.


Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields (global or regional experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage and negotiate high-value influencer deals and contracts.
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple campaigns across regions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
  • Passion for influencer culture and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
