About the Team:
The client account leadership team consists of financial services professionals dedicated to foster sustainable partnership relationships with our clients. Our team aspires to manage and grow key client accounts via building long term relationship with clients stakeholders, drive value-led business development, ensure quality delivery over and above contractual commitments / stakeholders expectations and manage commercial with shareholders mindset.“

Key Responsibilities:
Drive client value creation
Understand the business, priorities, and leadership agenda of clients
Co-create with clients, articulate transformation, and drive innovation agenda for clients
Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) successful transformation/innovation agenda
Build long-standing, trust-based relationships
Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of clients as well as industry
Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to clients
Grow the business/account
Drive sales, revenue and profitability, and responsible for account financials/key commercial processes for the account
Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to grow business
Delivery ownership and excellence
Required Qualifications:
Relevant 8 years of experience in Financial Service Client Account practice, candidate with less years of experience will be considered as Manager grade.
Experience of working with C-level executives at the client organization
Strong and proven track record in corporate strategy, business operations, digital transformation, etc.
Strong capabilities on analytical and quantitative problem solving, and complex ideas communication, analytics experience strongly preferred
Proven experience in leading teams to deliver new strategies or capabilities while developing, mentoring and inspiring team members
Experience in relationship management, business development and sales activities with financial services industry
Flexibility to accommodate client and project travel requirements
Fluent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
