Job Summary :

Provide technology support for software, hardware, network services, audio-visual systems, telephony, and security for the local office. Deliver excellent customer service, collaborate with local and central teams, and report to senior tech staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to helplines, support tickets, and emails, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
• Support local and Citrix-based applications.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware (computers, printers, mobile devices, audio-visual equipment, etc.).
• Assist with technology purchases for attorneys and provide laptop/desktop support.
• Help with remote site access, off-site tech setups, and audio-visual requirements.
• Maintain data room components, data closets, and troubleshoot networking issues.
• Support personnel moves, loaner equipment, and manage inventory.
• Ensure system security by following best practices and policies.
• Provide basic training on technology systems and software.
• Maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients.
• Perform physical tasks like lifting and carrying equipment (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Comply with firm policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Citrix, PC/Mac environments, mobile devices, and firm software (e.g., Outlook, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues, multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexibility for travel and adjusting working hours as needed.
• Has worked on a a legal firm and/or related industry (preferred)
