Job Overview
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience of our cross-border B2B fintech platform. You will take full ownership of the design process, from user research to high-fidelity prototyping, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for our international users. Your expertise in global user behavior and localization will be key to driving engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for our B2B fintech platform, identifying pain points and proposing innovative, user-centric solutions.
- Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations to optimize product design for different markets.
- Develop and maintain a scalable, multilingual-compatible design system that aligns with global user experience standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to translate business needs into intuitive user interfaces.
- Continuously analyze user behavior and conversion metrics, implementing A/B testing strategies to enhance engagement.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, accessibility guidelines) when designing user flows.
- Adapt UI/UX design to cultural nuances across Great China, South East Asia, UK and EU markets, ensuring localization best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Strong product ownership mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive cross-team collaboration.
- Solid understanding of global design trends, with prior experience in cross-border or multilingual product design.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting design concepts to stakeholders across different regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Led the end-to-end design of an international product from 1 to 10
- Experience in multilingual UI layout and localization challenges.
- Familiarity with overseas user research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Maze).
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must, fluency in an additional language is a plus
