Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oversea Sales Manager located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The Oversea Sales Manager will manage and develop client relationships, oversee projects, and ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying market opportunities. The role also involves tracking account metrics and providing feedback to improve product offerings.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for client development and relationship management within the assigned region, establishing long-term partnerships through online/offline exhibitions and other channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the region, formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of customer needs, provide professional product recommendations and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on all new and existing projects for regional clients, ensuring customer satisfaction is aligned with the company's investment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and proactively mitigate risks.


Qualifications

  • Experience in key account management with excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with familiarity in the consumer electronics market in Europe or North America
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
