To elevate Langham Beauty’s visual identity and customer engagement through strategic creative leadership, innovative design execution, driving brand equity and business growth in the Hong Kong beauty market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Execution & Production Management
Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs for print/digital campaigns (e.g., social media assets, brochures, email banners, in-store signage).
Manage end-to-end production of design projects (from concept to final delivery), ensuring on-time execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with printers, photographers, and external vendors to oversee quality control (e.g., color accuracy, material specifications).
2. Brand Consistency & Asset Governance
Maintain and enforce brand style guides (fonts, color palettes, imagery) across all deliverables.
Build and organize a centralized digital asset library (e.g., templates, icons, photography) for team-wide accessibility.
Ensure compliance with design regulations, copyright laws, and ethical standards in all design activities.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing team to gather design requirements and propose creative solutions.
Support Merchandising and Store Ops teams in creating seasonal window displays, pop-up activation visuals, and in-store navigation signage.
4. Trend-Driven Execution
Monitor emerging design trends (e.g., K-beauty aesthetics, minimalist layouts) and adapt concepts for local market relevance.
5. Operational Excellence
Streamline design workflows using automation tools (e.g., Adobe Batch Actions for resizing assets, Canva templates for rapid edits).
Requirements
Diploma or above in Graphics / Multimedia Design or a related field.
8+ years in retail/beauty graphic/visual design (preferred: experience in luxury department stores, beauty retailers or shopping mall industry).
Strong skills in branding design, typography, and layout.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external design resources.
Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and techniques, with a knack for incorporating innovative elements into design projects.
Fluent in English and Chinese (written & verbal).
