What you will do:

  • Oversee facilities management, identifying repair and maintenance needs. Plan and execute preventive maintenance. Working closely with vendors to uphold a high standard of the office environment.
  • Support various projects, including events management, office renovations, and supplier sourcing. Revamp work procedures, compile and update the policy & procedure and/or SOP. Need to support diverse global tasks as needed.
  • Manage the entire procurement process, including monitoring stock levels. Order supplies such as stationery, pantry items, coffee capsules, and other necessary purchases.
  • Oversee corporate printing operations and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Provide support for corporate travel matters, assist with reporting related to travel.
  • Manage internal seating arrangements and onboarding/offboarding processes. Maintain accurate records in shared folders.


What we are looking for:

  • High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Hospitality or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in Admin
  • Good organization skills, communication and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command in Cantonese and English
