Job Responsibilities
Understand business needs, operation process and workflow of business project / system
Assist in project management including preparation of users requirements, UAT and operation flow design
Communicate and coordinate between business users and development teams
Assist in design, monitor the progress and execution of new initiative development
Prepare regular and ad hoc business reports for business units
Has knowledge of business analyses and assigned to prepare business performance
Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Officer
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in banking or finance industry, preferable in personal loan business
Possess of project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Initiative, able to work independently & under pressure and good communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
