Our client is a leading provider of innovative and versatile packaging solutions, offering a unique portfolio of carton, bag-in-box, and spouted pouch systems.

Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients. The Key Account Manager will serve as the main interface between our company and its key customers, ensuring their needs are met to maintain strong and healthy business relationships. This role is critical in achieving revenue growth objectives and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organisational levels.
  • Ability at problem-solving and negotiation.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
