(Senior) Business Analyst - Finance Transformation - 1-Year Contract (Extend/Perm) - Leading Insurance Firm

About the Role:

Partnering with a Reputable Insurance Firm , seeking a driven Business Analyst, Finance Transformation on a 1-Year Contract (Extend/Perm) on their Multi-Year Project . You will play a key role in supporting the finance transformation projects, aimed at improving system and process efficiency for the finance operations.

Responsibilities :

• Collect and consolidate user requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Finance, and IT teams to enhance the efficiency of Finance processes (such as GL, AR), and provide support for the implementation of visualization tools.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and leverage Alteryx to automate processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements :

• 4-5 years of experience in finance transformation, project management, or business analysis within the financial services sector, preferably in insurance.
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is required.
• Knowledge of Alteryx or similar automation and data analysis tools is essential.
• Experience with finance systems such as Oracle or SAP is a plus.
• Immediately available or on short notice preferred
