Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Technical Intern at Nedap Retail China located in Hong Kong SAR. The Technical Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• System Maintenance knowledge
• Problem-solving and Analytical skills
• Basic understanding of retail operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Previous internship experience in a technical role is a plus
