The position

We are looking for a dedicated individual to act as a business catalyst for CSC and our client to provide financial services across both businesses worldwide.

Our client is a top tier global investment company, and this role will be based onsite at the client’s office.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., External stakeholder - client’s internal team – product, deal, legal etc; Internal Stakeholder – CSC Corporate secretarial team, Operations etc).
  • Key touch point to facilitate collaborations between the client and CSC
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison between different departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration for all deals and transactions
  • Oversee and coordinate communication and corporate documentation between various party and jurisdictions
  • Understand stakeholder needs, expectations, and priorities.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts.
  • Ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage to drive business value.
  • Advocate for business needs within the organization.
  • Actively participate in the team’s strategy to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery to key clients
  • Ensuring the compliance of corporate secretarial policies across CSC offices for practices such as Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolutions, Minutes of Meeting, AGM Minutes and other related documents

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Law
  • Preferable with minimum 5 years of relevant Corporate Secretarial experience, Knowledge of fund structure / SPV
  • Natural communicator who possesses the ability to drive things and juggle with multiple task
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams across different location efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
