Location: Quarry Bay
We are seeking a motivated and talented Engineering Intern to join our Data Center Operations Team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field or data center management, engineering and operations.
What this job involves
Support the team across operations, auditing, engineering, sales and maintenance activities
Identify areas when improvements can be made to systems and processes
Help analyze performance metrics and contribute to provide feedback and interpretation of results
Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities under the guidance of Senior Engineers
Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and system configurations
Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing data center performance and sustainability
Learn and apply industry best practices for data center operations and management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various data center initiatives

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Strong interest in data center operations and infrastructure management
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Familiarity with IT networking concepts and protocols will be an advantage
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to details and ability to follow established procedures
Knowledge of data center standards and best practices (e.g. ASHRAE, Uptime Institute)
Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
