It is a Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst role in the AI Lab to manage the development and implement AI applications with data scientists, system developers, vendors, and users. AI and data science projects are important parts in the digital transformation covering supply chain management, customer engagement, work flow automation. This role will make use of business analysis and project management skills to turn AI and data science into real business benefits in different aspects in retail business. 

You will:

• Manage vendors and in-house resources on IT system development and implementation with AI and data science elements
• Lead requirement analysis to translate user needs into system requirements and to work with system developers and IT technical team
• Coordinate with internal users, system developers, vendors, and other stakeholders to solve problems and bring projects into life; and to ensure the successful application of the projects to bring business benefit
• Plan project tasks and manage project schedule; prepare project documents
• Coordinate the maintenance of existing large scale AI systems, conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions
• Be a part of the change management for digital transformation

Candidate we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT or related subject.  
• 6 years or above related working experience. Candidates with more experience will also be considered as Manager
• Solid experience in project management, business analysis and IT system development
• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, data science and AI will be a big advantage
• Certificate in PMP or Scrum Master will be an advantage
• Experience in MS Azure, Azure Databricks, SQL, Power BI, AliCloud will be an advantage
• Good communication and analytical skills; proficient in English and Chinese 
• Detail-minded, positive and helpful, can-do attitude; enjoy communication and working for new initiatives
