作為花店客服，您將在提供卓越服務給我們尊貴的客戶方面，扮演至關重要的角色。

職責：

• 熱情接待客戶，回覆客人通過電話、電子郵件、WhatsApp等多種溝通渠道的查詢；處理售前和售後相關事務。
• 處理客戶投訴，確保及時解決或上報以維護客戶滿意度。
• 相關店務安排，包括打印送貨單，為花束拍照，並與指定司機安排交貨。
• 協助管理店鋪的社交媒體，提供定期更新和精美照片。

要求：

• 至少1年的零售管理、行政或客戶服務經驗。
• 流利的粵語和英語，及普通話。
• 細心，負責，有耐心，上進心。能夠快速學習花藝相關的知識及對花藝行業有興趣。
• ****具有花卉行業知識或經驗將是一個強大的優勢。****

Duties including greeting customers, dealing with pre- and post- sale customer inquiries or complaints via phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.

Administrative and retail duties include processing check outs, preparing order & delivery notes, quality checking orders, and arranging delivery with our designated drivers.

Assist in managing shop social media updates, providing regular updates with photos.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of retail management/admin/customer service experience

At least business-level proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must, ability to speak fluent mandarin is a plus.

Experience with the floral industry is a strong plus

Pay: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
