Job Description:

We are looking for an intern to join our team. As an intern, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with BOQ processing (Bill Of Quotation)
• Supply chain tracking and contact
• Organizing IT training courses
• Handling daily data statistics and reports
• Document processing and management
• Assisting the team with other daily tasks

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Senior year or second year of master programme), major is not limited. Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics and other related majors are preferred.
• Contract renewable every 6 months, 20 working hours per week
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and GPT tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and team spirit

·        Good in Chinese and English, both writing and speaking. (Fluent Cantonese is a plus)
