A Leading Insurance Firm is seeking a Project Manager (Finance Transformation) on 1-Year Contract (Extend/Perm, Multi-Year) to lead finance transformation initiatives focused on enhancing the efficiency of systems and processes within finance operations and finance systems.

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project management for finance transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including finance, IT teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist with requirement consolidation for process enhancements and efficiency gains within the finance operation function (GL, AR, etc), and support UAT
• Prepare and present regular project updates and identify potential risks impacting project delivery

Requirements :

• 6-10 years of project management within financial services, specifically in the insurance sector
• Proven experience with Finance Transformation or IFRS 17 implementation initiatives is required
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
• Hands-on, proactive and team player
