Responsibilities:

Oversee and enhance daily retail operations, and monitor performance of the standard operations procedures；

Lead and train retail staffs, ensuring adherence to operational procedures；

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the retail sector；

Monitor store performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to drive profitability ；

Collaborate with different departments and parties to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures；

Assist in setting up new stores and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned.

Request:

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail industry;

Experience with retail sales is a strong plus;

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Advanced Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese .
