Job Duties:

• Provide high level of Bar services to all Club members
• Plan and create drinks, cocktails as well as bar menu
• Ensure Bar area is organized, stocked and clean glasses, utensils and equipment
• Ensure food and beverage regulations are complied with
• Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

Requirements:

• Certificate in Hospitality or Catering Management or related discipline 
• Minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in F&B or Hotel operation, with WSET qualification is an advantage
• Knowledge of wine & spirits is an advantage but not a must
• Good command of written and spoken English
