Responsibilities:
Formulate, execute and manage result-driven social media, digital marketing and customer engagement strategy for personal banking, develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies and marketing plan. Regularly review and optimize action plans to fulfill the business goals and objectives
Collaborate with other departments to create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media platform, such as Instagram, WeChat and Xiaohongshu
Monitor social media channels for trends, audience insights, and opportunities for engagement. Stay up to date with the latest social media tools, trends, algorithms, and best practices
Requirements:
Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
+ 10 years solid working experience in digital marketing and social media
Strong experience in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, IG / Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat etc.;
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and trends
