- Assist in administrative duties
Job Responsibilities:
- Offer warm welcome to members and visitors at the Front Desk
- Coordinate activities of the Front Desk ensuring members and guests receive prompt and professional attention including but not limited to greeting members/visitors, answering inquiries’, events reservation, handling phone calls and courier/mailing service
- Enforce the rules and regulations of the club
- Assist in handling emergency situations
- Assist in administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in the hospitality industry / property management
- Pleasant and attention to details
- Excellent manner and communications skills
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
- Working on shifts including weekend and public holidays required
