Responsibilities:

• To lead and oversee all matters in relations to the General Service Support Department including the coordination, liaison and reporting to various funding bodies, allocation of government funding/ resources among service units, provision of internal mailing, complaints handling, arrangement of placement students, implementation of a charity food pack program, etc.
• To oversee the central procurement as well as to review corporate insurance policies
• To take charge of the property management of the headquarter of HOHCS and staff quarters management

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in managerial position
• Proven track record for general administration functions especially in reviewing the corporate insurance policies
• Strong negotiation & project management skills and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff
• Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Haven of Hope Christian Service
