Job description:

General Responsibilities

  • Proactive hunting of new clients in OTC/Consumer Health area
  • Support the execution of country/product expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
  • Participate in meetings and preparation of presentation materials to facilitate negotiations with potential clients/customers
  • Run financial analysis on predicted profitability for new BD deals
  • Manage contract negotiations with new clients in accordance with company's contract guidelines
  • Conduct research/feasibility studies to gain better understanding of the latest market opportunities
  • Execute activities related to Business Development workforce capability and client/customer data management
  • Respond to queries from potential clients/customers in supporting business development activities

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder in Science, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in the healthcare (Pharma or OTC/Consumer Health) industry, especially in the position of sales, marketing, key account management or business development
  • Presentable with good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, mature and able to work under pressure and independently in a dynamic working environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
