Major Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise and coach the bartenders to deliver the high standards service and quality food to customer. Provide training on customer service, operation, health and safety
• Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for the Roofbar operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
• Supervises and checks the bar set-up, menu presentation and pricing and creates special promotional events in order to increase revenue and profit margins
• Supervises stock rotations for soft and alcoholic drinks and catering supplies, and identifies any needs
• Handle guest’s complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. Report any complaints, incidents or other irregularities to management
• Obtain guest feedback on quality of food and beverage, service levels and overall satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 4 year relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Diploma in Hospitality Management / Food & Beverage is preferred, Certificate in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Service oriented with an eye for details, and strong upselling skills
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• A team player & builder
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
