About the Role

Lead the team to develop and implement the digital strategy and initiatives in strengthening the Health and Wellness (H&W) digital platform for best-in-class customer experience; Lead and manage H&W VAS (Value added services) and Wellness (incl Vitality) platform solution and Vitality operation

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the vision, strategy and delivery of experience of the digital roadmap and platform in Health & Wellness digital platform to achieve both financial and non-financial objectives with impact, such as the seamless customer digital journey
  • Execute H&W digital initiatives and quick wins according to strategic roadmap
  • Design, lead and drive business solution for wellness and VAS platforms
  • Lead the team to act as Digital Business Owners to collaborate with Digital Product Owners under IT to develop, manage and implement best-in-class customer centric journey on H&W digital products
  • Work with IT to generate innovative digital solutions for services, processes, customer experiences and support models for H&W digital platforms
  • Identify digital trends and provide insights with data to drive new digital initiatives aligned with overall H&W business plan and to strengthen the performance of digital platform.
  • Promote the use of digital platforms to channels and customers
  • Manage relationship with digital vendors and various H&W partners
  • Partner with Technology Risk Team to ensure all digital platforms under a secured environment and comply with the risk governance framework
  • Prepare, manage and control IT development budget
  • Maintain a highly qualified and motivated team.
  • Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, IT or equivalent, with over 8 years working experience in financial services or related industry.
  • Proven experience in management of strategic and digital initiatives.
  • Proficient in articulation of business needs and convert into clear requirements to enabling functions and vendors
  • Able to manage projects from launch to final implementation.
  • Proven experience in running projects/digital product with Human-Centered design and agile approach.
  • Creative and able to propose new ideas in business and digital solution.
  • Strong interpersonal, project management, planning and time management skills.
  • Possesses innovative, strategic and analytical mindset, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • People management experience
  • God command of written & spoken Chinese and English.
