Responsibilities

• Liaise with the building users on the day-to-day provision of the Services
• Operate and monitor the building, electrical and mechanical installations or information systems associated with facility and building management
• Liaise and facilitate the building maintenance or service contractors/agents
• Coordinate and compile attendance, performance, and other reports for submission
• Coordinate and provide logistical support to the users

Requirement

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in facility and building management (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Have passion in developing career in property / facility management services
• Attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in any five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent; or Level 2/Grade E or above in any five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations; or equivalent
• Fluent in both written English and Chinese and able to communicate smoothly in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
