To supervise operational staff to deliver quality services to meet customers’ expectations
Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations;
Build up and maintain good relationship with clients;
Handle enquiries and complaints from clients;
Participate in meetings with owners’ organization and coordinate management and maintenance works
Follow up ad-hoc task(s) assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder
1-2 years working experience in property management
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Good skill in communication and be able to work with people at all levels
Fresh graduate will be consider as Assistant Estate Officer
