Responsibilities:

Assist on-site Estate Manager, monitoring and coordinating the works carried out by consultants, contractors and in-house technical team of a residential estate.

Responsibilities:

• Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in building / estate maintenance
• Strong interpersonal skills, mature and able to interact effectively with all stakeholders
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in preparing tender document and quotation for maintenance & repair work is preferred
