Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

Objective

To lead and transform cash management strategies and solutions, ensuring global excellence in instant payments, innovative treasury services, and digital currency advancements, while aggressively expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Cash Management:

• Develop and execute innovative cash management strategies to optimize liquidity, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Align all initiatives with business objectives to grow leadership in transaction banking solutions.

• Global Payments Leadership:

• Drive innovation in instant payments and digital payment ecosystems to address client needs in different segments.
• Champion cutting-edge technologies to ensure seamless and secure cross-border payment solutions.

• Treasury Services Excellence:

• Lead Liquidity Management (LM), In-House Banking (IHB), Virtual Accounts (VA), and breakthrough treasury services.
• Continuously improve product offerings to support global operational efficiencies with evolving regulatory compliance.

• Market Expansion and Aggressive Growth:

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging market trends to aggressively grow market share.
• Implement innovative RMB gathering strategies and expand the product suite to address specific client needs.
• Develop competitive market strategies that position the organization as the preferred choice in cash management solutions.

• Digital Currency and Tokenization:

• Pioneer tokenization and digital currency initiatives to provide cutting-edge financial solutions.
• Explore and integrate blockchain-based technologies to enhance transaction capabilities and security.

• Team Leadership:

• Inspire and lead a team of specialists to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to clients.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.

• Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Maintain the highest standards of risk management across cash management and treasury operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in global payments, liquidity management, and treasury solutions.
• Proven track record of leadership, innovation, and driving aggressive market share growth in transaction services.
• Expertise in LM, IHB, VA, RMB markets, and passion in blockchain technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in unlocking trapped cash in restricted currency regions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to turn objectives into actionable plans and impactful results.
