Work Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary: $16,000 - $19,000
What You’ll Do:
- Manage premium payments and reimbursements between clients and companies
- Process operational expenses efficiently through bank transfers and checks
- Perform key financial data entry tasks with accuracy
- Liaise professionally with insurance company HR departments
- Follow up with clients via email and phone to provide assistance and address inquiries (strictly no sales responsibilities involved)
Who We’re Looking For:
- Degree holder in Accounting or a similar field (accounting fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- 1–2 years of accounting work experience
- Possessing IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3, & MPF certification is a bonus; otherwise, completion after joining is required
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and familiarity with PC-based data entry
- Collaborative team player who communicates effectively and positively
- Speaks fluent Cantonese with strong English and Mandarin skills
- Vibrant, motivated, and adaptable with a can-do attitude
