Summary:

Our client is seeking for an Associate Director, Sales & Business Development, and the appointee will be overseeing business development activities across emerging industries, including technology, innovation, biotech, AI, robotic to name a few. The ideal candidate should have be well connected among these industries, with business network with key decision-makers, and has good lobbying capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate sales strategies and drive the engagement with potential prospects
• Identify key decision makers from prospective companies, formulate lobbying approach based on the target’s EOIs and needs, and in order to prepare tailor-made presentations and proposals to facilitate the sales processes
• Prepare, coordinate and review relevant documentations, which includes contracts, agreements, tenders, promotional materials, etc.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants/ vendors throughout the sales, handover and project cycle to ensure requirements are clearly communicated through and that scopes are delivered as agreed

Requirements: 

• Obtained Bachelor Degree(s) from a reputable tertiary education institution
• With 15+ years' experience in leadership role from Technology, Innovation, Biotech, Pharmaceutical,  property development, land administration, valuation related industries
• Proven track records in real estate development management, financial analysis, property appraisals, business analysis and financial modelling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
