Summary:

A brand new headcount with a small-medium-scaled sourcing & trading company. You will support full-stack accounting functions, and this role is best suited for candidates who appreciate stability and an environment with great work-life balance.

The right candidate should demonstrate full-stack accounting experience (i.e. AR/AP, reporting, account reconciliation, closing), able to speak fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and is capable to work independently in a 1-man-team with limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Support full-set of accounting matters, such as AR, AP, reconciliation and cash flow forecasting/ budgeting
• Consolidate financial reports and statements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data are recorded
• Support monthly payroll, MPF and fax filing 
• Collaborate with external auditors to prepare annual audit

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
• Qualifications in ACCA or LCCI is preferred but not a must
• With 4+ years' experience in full-set accounting roles
• Capable to engage external auditors and answer their queries independently 
• Good command of language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proactive and independent individual who is capable to work with limited supervision
