Summary:

This Business Analyst will be hired on a 12-month renewable contract basis. You are expected to provide day-to-day functional application support on BIPO HRIS system, support and coordinate UAT testing, and serve as a bridge between business users and IT vendors on communications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional application support on BIPO HRIS system
• Coordinate and support UAT tests
• Capture and consolidate requirements from business stakeholders, and in order to liaise with external vendor to deliver system enhancements and changes 
• Prepare relevant documentation and system specifications

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• With 3+ years' work experience in an IT support/ Business Analyst roles, with proven track records in supporting HRIS/ HRMS systems
• Good knowledge of HR department's workflows and duties
• Familiar with UAT system testing processes
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of language skills in English and Chinese
